Men in Retirement- Meeting New Challenges, Working or Not

This is the reality –

A purposeful retirement isn't just about enjoying life—it's about extending it too! People who live a retirement life that brings them meaning and purpose live, on average, 7.5 years longer.

Three major questions for men.
Why should I retire?
Who am I now?
What am I going to do?

How to build a life that has meaning and purpose!
Where can a man find that meaning and purpose?

The Men in Retirement presentation focuses on the emotional issues in retirement that are often neglected. Issues like loneliness, loss of identity, boredom, loss of routine, loss of status.

The hour-long presentation ends with a guide for organizing a life in the last years that has meaning and
purpose for you. Artificial Intelligence can help!

Studies show that men have more difficulty than women in responding to loss and change in the retirement years. There are also more challenges for men in creating a meaningful and enjoyable retirement life. Often, the underlying cause is not being able to create a new life in retirement. I have seen this confirmed by my observations of family, friends, and strangers, and speaking on retirement issues before more than 400 senior groups in the last eight years.
